My Account
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Our free shipping is our choice of FedEx Ground or USPS Service. Expedited delivery options are offered at a discounted price. We try to ship all orders the same day if received by 4:00 PM central time. Orders choosing expedited delivery receive priority. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on Saturday (except FedEX Saturday service), Sunday, business holidays or to P.O. Boxes.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Special Return Policy: You have 30 days from delivery, based on tracking, to return an unused item for a refund of the product cost or exchange. Returned items must be received in brand new condition with all tags still attached and original packaging used. Please include a copy of the original shipping receipt along with a note indicating whether it is a return or an exchange (please write down the item you wish to receive in exchange) and send to the following address:

You are responsible for all costs in returning the item(s) back to us. You may wish to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. All exchanges please include $5.00 for return shipping costs. If the item to be received in exchange is a higher-priced item, please include that difference as well. Please include your phone number if you wish to be contacted to charge any exchange fees to your credit card. Checks may be written to 'The Pashmina Store.' If the item received in exchange is lower-priced, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
 
If all conditions are met for a return and/or exchange, there will be no restocking fees. Please note that gift service and shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sold with free shipping or Priority/Ground will be refunded the product cost less our total shipping expense.
 
The original tags must still be attached to the item in order to return or exchange. Any item received after 30 days, or has the tags removed, or smells of smoke/perfume, or covered in hair, or otherwise obviously been used will either be returned to you at your expense or charged a 20% cleaning and restocking fee. No returns accepted after 30 days. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.  For example, if a credit card was used to make the purchase, the refund will be applied to that credit card.  If a check was used, a refund will be issued in check form.

When will my order ship?
  If your order is placed before 4:00 central time Monday through Friday, we make every effort to get it out the same day. During extremely busy periods, such as December, it may go out the following business day. Orders choosing expedited delivery service are given priority. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on Saturday (except guaranteed Saturday delivery), Sunday, business holidays or to P.O. Boxes. For standard and ground shipping options, delivery to you will vary based on your distance from our shipping center near Houston, TX.

Most items on the site are in stock and ready for shipment, please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

If you choose to pay with money order, we will ship your order the next day after we receive your money order.

The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly when the order is placed. Any shipment returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be charged the actual cost of shipping charges. Priority/Ground is our choice of USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. If FedEx expedited options are selected, such as FedEx 3 Day Select, please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
