Returns are at your expense unless the piece arrived damaged - then we cover everything. For exchanges, include five dollars toward our shipping; if the new item costs more, enclose that balance on check or we’ll contact you to arrange payment. Priced lower? We refund the difference promptly. Upgraded shipping fees and gift services? Not reversible - they’re one-way luxuries. And yes, if perfume, smoke, or fur clings, we can’t accept it - either it returns to you prepaid by you, or we deduct twenty percent for restoration.
