Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, which is in Texas. Other states have a variety of laws about taxing online purchases, please check with your state government for further details.
I have a question on my charges.
	If you set up an account before your purchase, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	If you set up an account before your purchase, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. Otherwise, send us an inquiry by using the Contact Us form on this website or send us an email at [email protected].
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits are usually issued to the purchasing card or method within 1-3 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Depending on the bank that issued your credit card, it may take up to two billing cycle to appear on your statement. We have no control as to when they actually post it to your account, some are faster than others.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged the same day as shipment of your item(s). We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
